Saffron Walden

Based in Norwich, Ivy Smith is an award-winning East Anglian artist. She paints portraits of men, women and children sometimes working on a very large scale. She also produces woodcuts, etchings and lino prints of her main interest which is the human figure in motion. Several paintings and large scale multiple portraits are in public collections and she has completed numerous notable private commissions
Ivy Smith studied at Chelsea and the Royal Academy Schools. She has work in many public collections including the National Portrait Gallery, Graves Art Gallery Sheffield, Norwich Castle Museum.
