Returns, exchanges and refundsWe are happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to us in perfect condition. Items should be returned to Church Street Gallery, 17 Church Street, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB10 1JW. We would suggest that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature as we cannot issue refunds for items not received. Once we have received the items (in the condition in which they were sent) we can either offer you an exchange or a full refund of the items value (excluding packing and shipping). We request that you return the items to us within 14 working days of receipt.I’m a Return and Refund policy.
